I am forced to say what a rubbish comments you have written here. Pakistan and Pakistanis have start surviving without US, fact is that for a long time we have not seen any financial and military assistance from US. And so far China has already replaced US , as few million dollars of US is a small chunk against 123 billion dollars china commitment to invest in CEPEC.The U.S. should not back down from condemning Pakistan harshly, because sooner or later the Pakistani generals will cave in. The Pakistani military establishment and ‘deep state’ cannot survive without U.S. backing. China can never replace the U.S. in this respect. The truth is that Pakistani State will collapse the day the U.S. decides to break off all support permanently. The generals have no integrity, they are just as corrupt as the feudalist politicians. The way to control Pakistan is the carrot and stick treatment, as Pakistanis fear the ‘danda’. There is no doubt Pakistani ISI is helping the Haqqani network in Afghanistan and refusing to rein in the Jama’at-ud-Da’wa (formerly known as Lashkar-i-Taiba) which recently formed a political party the ‘Milli Muslim League’. The Pakistani ‘deep state’ has absolutely no integrity.
As far as feudalism, corrupt civilians and army is concern its very common and prevailed in South East Asian countries and yet whether its India , Bangladesh or Pakistan they are surviving with or without US assistance for last 70 years.
Have you heard about proxies, yes to counter some geopolitical incidences countries need proxies. As US used Taliban against USSR, hence do not talk about integrity its a different debate,View attachment 422029
