WASHINGTON (Reuters) -- The United States on Tuesday condemned what it said was China's retaliatory actions toward Lithuania after the Baltic state allowed Chinese-claimed Taiwan to open a de facto embassy there using its own name.

U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price told a regular news briefing that the United States stood in solidarity with Lithuania over China's actions, including the recall of Beijing's ambassador from Vilnius and demanding that Lithuania recall its ambassador from Beijing.

Lithuania is barely a country. It would do anything to please US for more dollars.

Within 23 hrs, the name is reverted back to Chinese Taipei Representative office.

After China demanded Lithuania withdraw its envoy from Beijing. Lithuania did not wants to break the diplomatic tie and now Lithuania don't even have a PRC Ambassasor. That won't be helpful.

All done in vain as they really don't have smart or visionary leaders.

20% of the population have left due to the fact it has one of the highest crime rate in Europe (Something in common with Triadwan, the triads have massive influence on who gets to be elected) and unemployment is very high.

But nevertheless it is all expected eversince Lithuana left 17+1 Eurasian Cooperative Grouping at the behest of USA.

Lithuania, a 2.7 million population former state of the Soviet Union is very pro-USA out of fear of Belarus and Russia.

The truth is the mighty Russia army can just march in and it is game over.
Same for Estonia.
