Sadly no one took me to any American Naval Ship when i was in School

Were you a naval cadet? I think only naval cadets are sometimes allowed to visit the vessels

Most of these exercises are for command and communication purposes....but having the ships work together shows practical problems that need to be addressed

Nope i was not. my mother once took me to Mirzapur Cadet College where my cousin used to study! I was in class 6 then! I saw their parade. New students of 3 house compete against each other to win! They worked like machine and some of them later collapsed after the parade! It was an eye opener to me and never wanted to study there. Anyway, they are kids from a school run by Bangladesh Navy! For example BAF Shahin College is run by Airforce!

Well, most of football matches start 00.45 am local time. So it changed my biological clock and its a vacation time for me, just finished my 4th year final!

Honestly, this CARAT naval exercise is actually a short course training given by US NAVY to Bangladesh Navy! Last year and this year, they concentrated on naval commando SWAD as it was recently formed by Bangladesh! The training was limited to boarding an enemy ship or protecting a ship from this kind of attack !
