I was not suggesting I was merely surprised over this claim of Peshawar shura and hence was questioning howcome.
There is no such place in Peshawar which could be suitable for such a shura to begin with. Peshawar is mostly an urban area where aliens could not identified in a minute. It is not a tribal city.
