US and Japan plan fleet of over 1,000 low-orbit satellites to track missiles

. . .
what is the total tally of countries beginning from first satellite launch?
The OP talks about future not the past, right? The lead of China's launches is getting bigger with each passing year in recent years, that's pretty much summing up the future trend.

.
Final tally of the orbital launches in 2019
  • China: 34
  • Russia: 22
  • United States: 21
  • Europe: 9
  • India: 6
  • New Zealand: 6
  • Japan: 2
  • Iran: 2

insecure much? Your response has nothing to do with his question. He asked about launching a 1,000 satellites. The answer is Space X has already launched 655 star link satellites as of August 2020. If Space X can fund 655 satellites on its own with many more to follow I’m pretty sure the Government of US and Japan can do it as well.

lead of the china is nowhere to be seen , you are yet to see the day when you will send manned missions in space .

2020 is not finished yet, and it's not rocket science to predict that China will launch more in the coming years with her unparalleled industrial and manufacturing might.

did you even bother to check the link? It lists all the planned launches for 2020 worldwide.

My point is still valid, China will have more launches in the future than US and the gap will widen.

I m talking about launching satelites, not moon landing, China now leads the world in number of launches, read my posts again.

lol what is use of more launches when america has done it's work of satellite launching ? even american companies are launching manned space flight .
