The USAF has had far more success with hypersonic cruise missiles anyways. And they”ll be cheaper and US bombers can fire far more of them.
A B-52 could carry 6 ARRWs, but they’ll be able to carry 20+ HCMs.

Am not sure, either. But somehow DARPA is proud of that %90 failure rate. Other countries decided not to follow that silly American attitude of trying and failing. Homer Simpson said: Trying is the first step towards failure, so don't even try. I guess that is why other countries are so far ahead of US technologically.
