Urine an effective medication, as useful as Dettol: former INDIAN Bihar Chief Minister

Patna/New Delhi: According to former Bihar Chief MinisterLalu Prasad Yadav, urine is a useful medication and as effective asDettol.

According to a report in Deccan Herald, the RJD chief said this while speaking at a two-day session on “Diverse disease and simplicity of homoeopathy” in Patna.

The event is organised by the Homoeopathy Science Congress .

"As a child whenever I use to get injured, urine was the best medicine. It worked as an anti-septic. Now people use Dettol. Some also use to wash hands. This is the only progress we have made in all these years," said Lalu.


Lalu said homoeopathy methodology is the only medication where all diseases get cured without any medication. Whereas, allopathy believes only in surgeries.

Of late, Lalu has drawn flak from the Opposition over his involvement in the health department. Earlier this month, Lalu inspected Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS).

maybe he should stay off those super speciality hospitals and take a urine bath everyday. The A$$holes who prescribe goumata and goumutra etc. are are rarely using any of it themselves.

He just iterated what was known to me. I read one paper by an IITian who had design an eco-toilet which helps in collection of urine. This urine can be deposited into roots of plants through drip irrigation, below soil. Below soil because of the smell of urine. Urine is a good source for urea, phosphorus. India imports a lot of phosphorus, which is a dent on economy. So there is this organic way of doing it. Also cow urine is used as pesticides. Farmers of Maharashtra and Sikkim who have gone organic are already doing it.

How can something that was rejected by body itself be of any good to your body in first place. Urine is by-product of a persons blood purified from God knows how many types of diseases. Urine and dump belong to only one place which is toilet.

I did but i also live with two doctors who say otherwise about all this. He says that concentration of bacteria and diseased cells is much higher in urine compared to anti bacterial components. He said Urine even if distilled properly wont be 100% contamination free so who Urotherapy thing has been sugar coated.

There is a reason our body rejects al that fluid.
