These photos could very well be from the Syrian Air Defense response to the Israeli strike on Syria "after" the attack on Dimona. Do you deny this possibility?
I have not visited these places so I cannot confirm or deny anything in relation LOL.
Following is what I gather from the course-of-events that are reported in multiple sources thus far:
1. Israeli Air Force struck some targets in Syria.
2. Syrian A2/AD defenses responded to Israeli intrusions.
3. One of the Syrian-launched SAM (an SA-5) went astray and exploded over Israel near Dimon*.
4. Israeli A2/AD defenses attempted to intercept the astray SAM over Dimona.
5. A series of explosions are documented near Dimona.
*Some claim that this was a ballistic missile.
I do know that intercept of a large missile can be a messy development with resulting debris falling in different spots and damaging property in the process. Those who are unfortunate enough to be caught in the act can die as well.
This is all I can say at the moment.
Every member is welcome to provide updates in relation nevertheless. I am
not dictating viewpoints here.
A thread should be opened on the basis of a particular SOURCE of information. Title of a thread should be SAME as in the SOURCE of information. This practice helps provide a sense of direction to a discussion.
Tweets seldom provide a broader view of any development. They are difficult to cross-check for accuracy as well.
A thread can be opened on the basis of tweets provided that it is marked as a DEVELOPING STORY. You will see examples of this practice on PDF actually. When a meaningful UPDATE comes from a well-informed source in the format of an article, thread title can be revisited accordingly to give a sense of direction to the ongoing discussion. It looks like some Iranian members are not familiar with this practice and are mistaking PDF for Twitter or something.
Customized titles are problematic on Forums. Every member will come up with one then.
