UPDATE: Syrian Surface-To-Air Missile Flew Way Off Course Triggering Alarms Before Exploding Over Israel

. .
ISRAEL has been attacked unilateral some of them are doing damage control lol i mean some israelis online.. The target was clearly the nuclear sites.. By the way Israeli airforce was not carrying out any operations. This was unilaterally

Actually if we assume the attack is truly from Iran, using either BM or Drones (launched from Syria or elsewhere), it's quite possible the actual target is not the nuclear sites itself, but just an area close to the nuclear sites... this action is something more akin to a shot to the bow... a near hit but not actually hitting... enough to shock and rattle the Israelis but without the risk of any radioactive fallout... and would achieve most of the Iranian tactical objectives (at least for now).

From the attacks to the Abqaiq refinery and Ayn al-Assad airbase, we can see that Iranian drones and BMs can have very high accuracy, so if the Iranian were truly aiming for the nuclear sites it would've most likely hit (provided it wasn't intercepted)... On the other hand, aiming to (near-) miss also requires great accuracy on behalf of the weapons and confidence from the operators, otherwise they could end up really hitting the target...

True

Warning shot across the bow....

Nice of you to drop in and contribute. This is not the first time Syrian SAM's have landed on Israeli territory, a much shorter range SS21 Scarab hit Israel in 2018.

The Syrian rockets, which were apparently fired as part of internal fighting in the country’s southwest, set off sirens throughout northern Israel on Monday morning.

The projectiles fired from Syria were identified as Russian-made OTR-21 Tochka missiles (also known as SS-21 Scarab missiles) and were in the air for a minute and a half. The missiles can carry a 500 kilogram (half ton) warhead and have a range of 100 kilometers (60 miles).

Those were BM/rockets not SAMs...

And S200 SAM has range of 300km max but distance between the said facilities i.e. Dumayr and Dimona is nearly 326 (325.88) kms..

.
Highly unlikely but if S200 travelled whole 300km from Dumayr Air Base and fell 30km away from Dimona there would be a small area where it could have landed

There is a huge paradox in Israel's propaganda machine, in one news they say S-200 missile was in response to their attack against Syria and in another news they say their attack against Syria was in response to S-200 missile!

in reality Israeli residents say:
their houses were shaking

.
A Reuters news agency reporter about 90 km away from Abu Qrenat heard the sound of an explosion early on Thursday minutes before the military's text message....

One Heck of an anti aircraft missile I would say

.
Reports of Patriot air defence launch. Israel never uses patriot for Hamas.
As i said bro, 3 Tishrin derivative of Fateh-110 would do the job perfectly,if launched from Syria.

Hahah, this just the beginning.
Syrian air defenses repel ‘Israeli aggression' as IDF launches attack in response to missile landing near Israeli nuclear reactor
