Recent update by who? Pakistani media? If this thread can be "updated", then can I go around updating threads with the Indian side?

No not at all. We are perpetual liars who must back every claim, but their words are inherently true. They don't have to back it up.

They have told the Indian authorities to investigate.

IA got info through intel that this man was infiltrating and he fired when apprehended.

The Evidence has been presented to the concerned parties , now if you army choose not to make it public it is their concern .

Pakistan is claiming something, and they need to present evidence to back their story..To their public as well as the world PROVIDED THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH.. Indian Army atleast comes out far more cleanly. If a person armed with an AK 47 crosses over the LoC. He is liable to be shot. Had he been unarmed, the Army would probably not have shot first and arrested him.

Well the news is that he was shot after he was questioned. All the Indian claims about he returned the fire goes down the drain.

Indian has accepted the fact that its soldiers fired first.

India continues to violate international laws and these acts are nothing new. See the BD events for example where civilians are dragged from BD to India and murdered.

A very sad day for humanity here. But than again, what exactly did the strayed soldier think would happen to him once he identified himself to the IA Jawans. They were still gunning for Pakistani blood after the 'alleged beheading', he was as good as dead even after laying down his weapons. I firmly put the blame on PA officers, strict SOP should be handed out to Jawans regarding patrols. I can understand looking at the terrain how the Jawan might have strayed to the Indian side especially if he was posted new to the unit, but the officers should have provided the necessary training and the maps required for conducting patrols. Heads should roll, the Lt or the Captain in charge of the platoon or company should be drilled down by senior officers.
