Army dont take in females after FSc/FA, PAF does. Ladies can join Army after 16 years of education: Xeric's Primer: Eligibility Criteria for Joining Pakistan Army as a Lady Officers (Women Commission)

but last year, registration for GDPilot & for PMA long courses was also open for girls after intermediate.

GD(P) yes, PMA No. For Army it was always post graduation.

Cant tell for sure, just keep on visiting joinpaf.gov.pk and paf.gov.pk

They will also put an ad in major sunday newspapers.
Normally the tri-services open up almost together.
