Another thing I find perplexing: If Russia can be included as an observer state in OIC, why cannot India be included as a full member?

The OIC have identified all these problems and are working hard to solve them, those problems are the leftovers of colonialism and divide and rule Machiaveilic policies of the western countries up till now. I personally think that they see the world as a corporation or a group of corporations and that they are the CEOs with all the benefits that the position entitle them to. Even though they failed in their management of the world economy, they did their best to benefit themselves by "all means".

So apart from the sectarian and ethnic differences and the corrupt leadership which are minor problems that could be handled in short time as in Tunisia, Libya and Egypt for now, the major problem is the Industrialisation of the Muslim world which will take more time.
But the positive part is that it is possible.

Those African countries have around 45% of their populations as Muslims which is far from 14% for India.

None of the Muslim countries you have mentioned have any relation with Israel as we speak.

So please do not lie next time, you are in a place where people distinguish between facts and lies.

There is also at least some 3 trillion dollars that is invested in western countries by the GCC alone, without counting another 2 trillion invested in some other places.
Add to this all the corruption money in Swiss and like banks and you get a 10 trillion dollars real GDP.
Add to this the great potential of mining and exploiting many untouched natural resources.
