You didnt need Wikileaks for this, parties in Malta, parties in the UK people of all times and all religions have worn piety like a cloak that they wear when it is usefull then take off and party. Its just the rich get away with it while the poor are punished.

The problem is they do it underground, while many others get lashes and life term imprisonment for using/ keeping drugs and alcohol etc. Either it should be legalized or banned for ALL.

It always starts underground and slowly progresses to the surface---.
