China didn't stop Vietnam buy weapons as long as not atomic or chemical weapons
It's because China can't stop Vietnam from doing so or can't afford to. Vietnam gets most of its weapons from Russia. China nerds Russia not just for strategic reasons but also because Russia's has been China's biggest arms supplier this past decades as well. So Chiba was in no position to stop Russia. Moreover Russian weapons sold to Vietnam had no real Chinese major component in them to even warrant a Chinese objection in the first place.
So China couldn't stop Russia even if they wanted to.

We don't care the weapons they buy. Another simple knowledge is that if you can produce advanced weapons, you also can't get advanced weapons from other countries.

ehh, Martin Baker is an British Company.

Good luck bypassing that hurdle.

It can be easily replaced by Chinese one. It just a matter of choice.
Lol what punishment will China impose on the US? LOL. Calm down, not even the CCP is this serious unlike you on this topic. China will whine and protest and then they will go back to business as usual and life will continue /carry on like nothing happen. This has been going since the beginning of Taiwan crisis for over half a century now. Western countries have been selling weapons to Taiwan when they deem it necessary and there is nothing China has ever done per se apart protest ( there is nothing much they can do apart from that anyway). So I don't see why you think this time will be any different.
China has also threatened such actions against France several times in the past and most recently. They just protest and make threats (which is normal as they can't just remain silent ) and then after that everybody forgets about it and go back to their normal business. :enjoy:

So the fact that the Chinese even imposed or threatened to impose symbolic sanctions on companies involved should tell you that it's not only an "Anglo Saxon" thing. Lol
China has imposed sanction of boeing and Lockheed martin. They will have a hard time buy rare earth at cheap price for their war machine. China will not buy boeing plane but airbus instead.

China has demonstrated to close down french embassy in guangzhou in 1996 after mirage 2000 sales. And french agree not to sell arms. While french are only upgrading existing weapon for Taiwan.

It will have to be either China or Russia, and at their price point, Argentina may have to reconsider the JF-17, a variant of the Block III. Wonder how a JF-17 sale to Argentina would affect Pak-UK Relations. May still go through as the sale would have to be made by China. In fact, China may be really happy to make that sale to get back at the UK after what has been happening in Hong Kong.
Due to financial issues they may go for block II JF17 or L-15.

Please talk sensible.

Do you have any clue how many Boeing's are currently operating mainland China? There are B747's, B777's & B737's.

What do you think that they'll just send 'em back to the US?

Besides, do you have any clue how many components are on airbus? Lets talk about just the ever-so-popular a320 Family (a318, a319, a320 & a321).

What type of engines do those narrow-body aircrafts use? cfm & IAE.

cfm International - a joint-venture between Safran (French) and...GE (USA).

IAE International - owned 50% by Pratt & Whitney (USA).

And guess which Engines the Comac 919 is using.

Best bet, let Biden win and we'll take it from there.

I am talking about not buying boeing, not, not buying USA. And I am also talking about buying new plane and not existing one which require service. What does engine got to do with Boeing?

I know what I am talking. It's u getting things mix up.

You put Sanctions on the US, you don't think they retaliate.

And if you do put Sanctions on say...Boeing, what makes you think that they won't play hardball by not providing you with Spares for the existing ones that you have.

Americans play dirty. They acknowledge that openly & proudly.

China doesn't deal with Lockheed Martin, but they do with Boeing. This is a lose-lose bluff by China. They need to think outside the box attack them where it hurts and that is with Exports. Trust me, the US will fold 'cause no Country can give them what China offers.
