If you consider just 50 years ago they were in the desert and made significiantly leap to the point where they lead humanity in the race towards the future already as it stands by 10 years on all developed countries imagine next 50 years how much they will be ahead

As a highly developed Muslim country, i only say Inshallah it will grow further in the next 50 years and beyond. Emiratis and millions of expatriates from all over (including millions of Pakistanis) , live here in peace and make so much money to feed and send their children back home to school.

and we can't use hadith as weapon to swear. I am sure the Hadith has some specific background and target audience and did not generalise arabs.

Agreed. But I think many ulemas will consent that this hadith is for the current times and in the same context that I am mentioning it in. Some people might have different intrepretation which they put forward.

This is only one such hadith. Several hadith exist on the same subject specially in Kitab al Fitan of Sunan Abi Dawood. Anyways I am entitled to my opionion and as I mentioned before many esteemed scholars have opined the same. I don't see the gulf countries surviving this decade.

Yes specially the Arabs of gulf countries and their leaders. And they have started this caliphate movement by bombing the criminal anti-islam people of Yemen.
