UAE/Denel 200km strapon cruise missile for dumb bomb

That said, I do hope the PAF picks up the Raptor III. It would fill the gap (so to speak) between the <100 km-range REK and the 350/600-km Ra'ad/Ra'ad 2. The Raptor III would offer the heavy payload impact of the H-2/H-4, but with a 280 km range (via an integrated turbojet).
Raptor is a good choice for PAF with TOT considering its needs. Denel is a sinking ship currently, opportunity is ripe for Pakistan to get a lot of TOT on missiles especially A2A missiles like A and R Darter.

This missile does seem like a good choice for smaller aircraft. You can basically fit a long range SOW on most aircraft that can carry an MK82 most likely. Range is unclear, some say 200km some say 300 km but we will need official report. Probably cheaper than a dedicated cruise missile for example.

"The standard Al Tariq has a range of up to 40km (depending on release height), but the company offers bolt-on propulsion options that can boost its range to 200km. This makes the weapon a direct competitor to Sagem’s AASM and Boeing’s JDAM-ER."

More like SLAM missile, much longer range then both of those missiles. The range will be developed to 300km to comply with MTCR according to employees at defense exhibitions.

Over 5000 were already built and in service with UAEAF Mirage and soon F-16.
