Stopping abortions is a social necessity in Europe and it's not like i want contraceptive methods banned.As usual from you,always comparing something trivial with the primitivism i was talking about,which exists and it's downright appaling.

You see,if i have to stop abortions or import even more cavemen who throw christians in the sea to the sharks even before setting foot in Europe,i know what i'm choosing.

In the end,it's not like i am giving you bad advice,civilisation is good for you,look at Indonesia,Azerbaidjan or Turkey,less foaming at the mouth and rioting for cartoons and more concentration on modernity does wonders for a society.

It's a social problem in Europe and i've mentioned numerous times that besides banning abortions more money for child supporting families are needed-as an example you can get money by not wasting them on hundreds of thousands of boat people.You see that's why it bothers me talking to your kind,i have to repeat what i've said over and over again.I don't know if you really are that dense or you're doing it an purpose.

Country is model of moderate Muslim country, say Afghan imams trained at Zayed House for Islamic Culture

The UAE is committed to promote moderate Islam and counter and defeat extremism, focusing on invalidating extremist misinterpretations of Islam, said Mohammad Matar Al Kaabi, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments on Thursday. ‎

Al Kaabi reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to joining forces with other countries to fight extremism in all forms and reiterated the UAE’s role as a model of moderate Islam in the region.

He was speaking at the graduation ceremony of 32 Afghan mosque imams who received a fortnight-long training course at the Zayed House for Islamic Culture in Al Ain.

Al Kaabi said the religious training aims to instill the values of UAE’s open, moderate form of Islam in the next generation of Muslim religious leaders (imams) and preachers from across the region and the world.

“The religious training is a key element in UAE’s ongoing efforts to promote religious moderation and tolerance as a shield against extremism in the region,” Al Kaabi said.

The UAE first began its innovative programme to train imams as part of a comprehensive counter-radicalisation strategy, which also included launching the Muslim Council of Elders — an independent international body that aims to promote peace in Muslim societies, the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies and Hedayah Centre which was established to serve as the premier international institution for training, dialogue, collaboration, and research to counter violent extremism.

Faidh Mohammad Othmani, Afghanistan’s Minister of Haj and Islamic Affairs, praised the UAE for its leadership role in the region, noting that the UAE plays a very important role in combating extremism.

“The UAE’s human-centred approach to promote moderate Islam, counterterrorism and promote security is a model for all Muslim countries. The UAE is offering religious training for more than 17,000 Afghan mosque imams, including women preachers and preachers for the police and army, which contribute to promoting tenets of moderate Islam and security across Afghanistan,” Othmani said.

Afghan imams stressed that the UAE’s multidimensional approach to fighting extremism and focusing on human development can be a model for other countries.

“The UAE is a model in promoting its politically moderate and tolerant interpretation of Islam that’s open to change and [is] reform-minded,” said Hamdullah Mustaqeem, a graduate of Islamic Sharia from Kabul University.

Obaidullah Afghani, 40, an Afghani imam, said given the widespread phenomenon of mosques and special religious sermons (khutbas) being misused for vested interests and political ends, this initiative should have long been taken in all parts of the Muslim world to prevent tarnishing of the image of Islam.

“We can successfully combat the menace of extremism if we engage imams in preaching sermons backing law and order of the country, speak out against radicals and their nefarious ends and focus on societal reforms in their sermons by urging the worshippers to avoid ideological extremism and uphold moderate interpretation of Islam,” Afghani said.

Hafeezullah Salam Mohammad, a graduate of Al Azhar University in Egypt, said imams should be educating the worshippers about the essential Islamic teachings and moral virtues; they should be addressing issues of moderation and extremism, national unity, social integrity, women’s rights, education system, youth issues, the rights of non-Muslims or even atheists and non-believers in an attempt to guide them on a right and moderate path.

“Training will help our imams, especially the moderate-minded, tackle current and vital issues of national and global concern,” Mohammad said.

Defendant could face seven-year imprisonment, Dh1m fine for blasphemy

Prosecutors are seeking a seven-year imprisonment and a fine of Dh1 million against an employee who cursed the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Islam on Facebook.

The 41-year-old Indian employee, S.G., was said to have posted a “blasphemous” status on his Facebook page in which he cursed the Prophet and Islam shortly after he watched the news about the war in Iraq last July on television.

When presiding judge Ezzat Abdul Lat called the suspect’s name to stand trial before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Monday, S.G. failed to show up.

Records said an Indian salesman, S.M., complained to the police that he received an image of the allegedly offensive Facebook status on WhatsApp at 5am.

According to the charge sheet, prosecutors said S.G. abused the social media network [Facebook] and the telecommunication system and cursed the Prophet and Islam.

Prosecutors have asked for the implementation of the toughest punishment applicable against the defendant, who breached the cybercrime law.

If found guilty, the suspect could face up to seven years in jail and/or a fine ranging between Dh250,000 and Dh1 million as per Article 35 of the UAE’s cybercrime law. The salesman testified to prosecutors that he received the image on his WhatsApp while he was at home.

“The image was about a Facebook status in which the Prophet and Islam were cursed. The name of the person who posted the status is S. G. I went to the nearest police station and complained thereafter,” he claimed to prosecutors.

Records said the suspect used his iPhone 5S to post the status on his Facebook page. The Apple device was also registered in the suspect’s name.

The defendant was cited admitting to prosecutors that he was the one who posted the status on Facebook.

S.G. was quoted alleging to prosecutors that after he watched video footage about the news in Iraq he posted the text.

Records said the defendant’s iPhone was seized and sent to Dubai Police’s forensic laboratory for examination.

Presiding judge Abdul Lat adjourned the case until the defendant is legally notified about the next hearing on April 27.

I'm not attaching myself to anything,i am Romanian,i am European by nationality,by history,by geography and if you want a broader term,by cultural and religious beliefs.I certainly don't need an etiquette from someone like you or others,i am what i am..Strictly geographic speaking i am central European as by all accounts Eastern Europe is the vast Russian heartland but i don't mind the Eastern etiquette either.Your futile attempts at mockery are just frustrations,you're throwing them every single time you're talking with me,nothing new,you're the same.Romania is neither prosper,but not really poor either.It really is better than many countries out there ,somewhere in the middle.
