Kick-*** little bird (and quiet)
Indeed an excellent addition for our security forces.
Indeed, but the number or type of helicopters to be provided to Afghanistan was not spelt out. Indications are only a few (2-3)I think India agreed to provide helicopters to Afghan forces..

Can PAA with US approval procure AH-1s from Jordan, Bahrain, Turkey, Spain, Phillipines, S.Korea and Japan???
Why go for Cobras of Super Cobras (AH-1Z) when T-129 with TOT is in negotiations with Turkey?
It is telling that there are 0 (zero) exports of the AC-130. The AC-130 relies heavily on very sophisticated electronic equipment (sensors, communications and command equipment and electronic counter measures) which the US does not export. Why would you think the US would provide it to PAA-PAF when they don't to their closest allies (e.g. UK)?
Outdated? AH-1Z? The AH-1Z completed sea-trial flight testing in May 2005. It was declared combat-ready in September 2010.
On 21 September 2012, the U.S. Congress was notified of the possible purchase of 36 AH-1Z Vipers by South Korea. The order would be worth $2.6 billion. The Viper was competing against the Boeing AH-64 Apache and the TAI/AW T-129 for the order; a decision was expected by the end of 2012. In April 2013, South Korea announced they had selected the AH-64E Apache. While it wasn't selected, it wouldn't even have been considered if it were outdated....
you still stuck with T-129 ??
still waiting for Mi-35's
T-129 is going to be main attack helicopter of PAA it will replace AH-1s and will come with weapons which PAA don't have now, it will enhance PAAs capabilities and full production TOT will be transferred by Turkey final negotiations are under way this new was given by 2 army officers (one of which is a PAA pilot) on twitter and one screen print I have already posted on T-129 thread go and check it.
this deal is highly unlikely to me ... or if it is ,than it will be taking more than 5 years , even Turkish army didnt start inducting it .... T-129 is not in mass producation
Do you work in MOD or had worked there?? or you more expert and have more knowledge than serving reputed army officers?? Getting full TOT is not an easy thing and our corrupt govt. do play their part too.
