Never say anything without much knowledge let me bet here that even 1960's ear submarine is difficult to detect they are borned stealthy. Even Drug cartel submarine with much noise are mostly fleed off from naval coast guards navies who look for pirates and drug ships.

“Considering they have allowed exports to Egypt, there's a good chance that Saudi Arabia would get submarines if they wanted such a deal.
