Exactly, it could have been an Armenian insertion of Spec Ops or something --
Had I been an Azeri Officer I would've done the same, and not even apologized about it, rather asked the Russians to apologize for wasting a precious missile of ours during war time.

Yesterday some people were very glad Russian helicopter was shot down. Today there are Russian troops in Karabakh and Azerbaidjan's general prosecutor's office filed a case against the militaries who shot the helicopter. I am glad Russia is slowly backing to Caucasus.
