Actually i do not know how credible this article is but in the book "dongri to dubai" the author does mention of an IB operation using chota rajans gang members to kill dawood . while they were briefing them in a deli hotel room the mumbai cops burst in and tried to arrest the gang members . the IB tried to cover it up so the op could go forward but by then he cat was out of the bag.

Do you guys really think that India want Dawood back in the country? Dawood Ib surely have connections with MANY top politicans, cricketers, businessmen, actors, actresses, directors, producers etc and if he is brought back, then be prepared for many stars to go down with him.

The truth is that the Indian gov and the influential people in your country do not really want Dawood Ibrahim back and are happy to let him stay in Pakistan or Dubai or wherever he is. The only reason they talk against him and preach that they want him back is to please the people of India and to gain support from the masses. Politicans in Pakistan do that, Politicans in India does that and the gullible people in both countries obviously fall for that.

Dawood is a wanted in many cases and should be tried in court, but no one really wants him back as the guys in your country have too much to lose.
