CHP might be liberal but more pro western than AKP is not necessarily true, remember in 2003 CHP voting no to allowing US to invade Iraq from Turkish soil while AKP voted in favor of it.
And also, we started the Cyprus operation in 1974 under CHP's rule. We went completely against NATO/American orders. Meanwhile, under AKP's rule, KCK (PKK) is stronger than ever.

A progressive-minded old friend/classmate of mine from the US shared this below image with me and explained the story behind. I found it very interesting because this election atmosphere seems different from the previous ones due to the unexpectedly powerful campaign by

In spite of unexpectedly powerful campaign, Mr Ince will remain around 25%.

Why is CHP against Qandil operation?

They are against the timing... Erdogan has been in power for 16 years, why hasn't he touched PKK in Kandil? Why is he starting this operation right before elections? You have a brain. Use it.

This sick motherfucker always uses PKK to gain votes. We want to finish PKK. Not leave them half dead and use them as tools for politics. If Muharrem İnce wins he will wipe PKK off the map.

Right before or right after elections, doesn't matter, the job must be done.

if Muharram Ince wins, win is a very far thing, what I will be watching is, if he even cross 27%.

They did it because they are the main opposition. There was never an ideological foundation behind this particular decision. CHP is voting always against anything coming from AKP even though it might be something useful for the people of our nation. It's a typical idiotic Islamist and Kemalist mindset, something that both sides have in common.

Foreigners may believe you but Turks won't...

That operation had already started before the early-election was in question. Try harder!

Not a fan of the way current way things are going but if you guys think that the crazy women Meral or CHPKK will change the status quo you are diluded.

CHP could have standed a chance if that Gnome kilicdaroglu gave way to new leadership he is an absolute clown. I quite like some of the things Ince is saying, he is a nationalist you can tell but his party is full of PKK sympathisers. They totally lost me when they said they are going to cut off some of the mega projects and relax relations with the PKK mouthpiece HDP.

Unfortunately after 15 years the opposition parties still can not produce a credible candidate with sound policies. It’s going to be a tight election anyhow maybe the last AKP will win.

We are too deep in the regional political and military games right now to change policy, we have to go all the way until this is resolved any U turn or negotiation now will harm Turkey forever.

As much as I hate the current state of CHP, there is no way in he'll that I would ever consider voting for Erdogan and AKP. The amount of traitorous actions that Erdogan has committed is beyond belief. If I could vote I'd vote for İnce and İYİ Parti.

However trust me. Anything right now is better than Erdogan. You guys think that he is some type of nationalist superman, yet I can guarantee that Muharrem İnce is 100x more nationalistic. Everything in Turkey will improve if he wins. Including the defence industry. I've seen the faces of Erdogan supporters, and I can comfortably say that most of them aren't even Turks. They are all Arab lovers who hate Atatürk and Turkishness.

That operation had already started before the early-election was in question. Try harder!
You're not fooling anyone. Right before the elections there will be sensationalistic news which shows how we're dealing a blow to pkk. This will be perfectly timed. And this is why KCK is stronger than ever under Erdogan's rule...

This post made me remember stupid American republicans who were repeating continuously that Obama is a MB member. Muslim Brotherhood, seriously? :D
Every move of him on regional and more global size is suggesting it. He is connected to people that are allegedly close or members to the MB. High number of members of the MB are in Turkey. His abuse of religion for political purposes and support for terrorist organizations and especially Hamas. When you look at the name and the logo of AKP only you can understand the relation to the MB.

Similar or almost similar concepts are present in Tunisia, Lybia, Algeria etc. All of the named have deep relations to Muslim Brotherhood.
