All I hear and read from these Middle Eastern despots is tall fairy tales of 'about to be completed soon', 'going to be completed soon', 'soon to be', 'in the near future'. But never do they work.

Just nonsense. You would use them in Syria and Iraq and not cower in front of Russia if you had any indigenous capabilities to build a simple ballistic missile and cruise missiles. No you do not have any capability. All you do is borrow Western know how and claim to invent the wheel.

First one is to test of insensitive munition of Mizrak missile against bullets
Second one is to test insensitive munition on fire.

The attraction for me was the innovative multi-launcher , the common launch tube, capability against moving targets, tri-mode fuzing and the accuracy of 1 meter.
They make this ammunition practically so unique in comparison to our bombs;
it's worth to think about .
