It's the Ejder chassis, more info;

Nurol Makina has developed the truck used in Ejder TOMA and put into service in different areas and named after as Ejder Truck. Ejder Truck which is ready to give service in all kinds of weather and land conditions in the rural and urban areas with its outstanding performance, fully independent suspension system, 4X4 wheel
drive feature and high mobility; provides high ballistic protection to its users with its armored front cabin. Ejder Truck is installed on the Ejder chassis which is designed originally by Nurol Makina. For this reason, all changes required may be easily realized and it may be used in different ways both for military and civil purposes. Ejder Truck KBRN Vehicle composes an ideal platform with designs applicable to user needs for applications such as Weapons Carrier Vehicle, Command Control Vehicle, Armored Ambulance Vehicle, Reconnaissance Vehicle, Military Personnel Carrier Vehicle, Logistic Vehicle, Internal Security - Armored Police Carrier Vehicle, Armored Money Carrier Vehicle, Convict Carrier Vehicle, Fuel Carrier Vehicle.

Also currently there is 11 EJDER YALÇIN in the inventory of EGM so +60 EJDER YALÇIN... I think it will be 71 or maybe that 11 is in 60...

Deliveries will be finished in 2015...

Ural for inner city, Ejder for ''offroad'', traveling between villages (koy yollari iste)? Does that make sense to you guys?
 
^Exactly.

And most of the Ejders that I saw was near the border with Syria during the influx of Kurdish refugees. Could be perfect for P:OH and the increased risks of EYP's.
