After Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s visit to Pakistan, a private Turkish aviation company ‘Pegasus Airlines’ has decided to launch flights to Pakistan.

According to media reports, Pegasus Airlines would initiate flights to Pakistan from March 28.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has also issued a notification in this regard.

According to CAA, the Turkish airline would fly between Karachi and Istanbul four times a week.

The move is expected to increase tourism and trade between Pakistan and Istanbul besides facilitating passengers.

Meanwhile, keeping in view the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan for bringing foreign direct investment (FDI), a Turkish woodworking Brand Mooi Atolye has launched its factory in Pakistan.

The Turkey ambassador inaugurated the newly built factory, which would produce kitchens doors and wardrobes in Pakistan as per the European standards.

Turkey has a vast experience of developing home interiors on European standards due to its expertise in furniture varieties. In addition to the investment, the company would also shift its technology and human resources to Pakistan.

Pegasus is one of the cheapest airline companies in Europe. Standards are low in economy classes and all extra services are subject to extra charges. As an example, If you want to drink 1 glass of water, you need to pay 1 dollar for this. In nusual situations it can be an option , but I suggest THY for planned travels to Turkey. While Turkey inside travels (short flights), Pegasus could be money saver...

Pegasus this airline has a history of recent technical failures and plane crashes anyways more airlines the better
Such as so-called Turkey expert , foolish talk on almost any subject became a habit for you.

Pegasus is an airline company founded in 1991 and thank God there is no plane crash yet. Until today, there has been an accident from the overran the runway 3 times. A fatal accident (and irreparable damage to the plane) occurred only in the last of these events. Three passengers were killed at Pegasus Airlines Flight 2193.

Pakistan should aggressively promote tourism to itself in Turkey.
Maybe a package deal under the Turkish Airlines brand; “See Asia” with one of the stops being Islamabad; and with connecting flights to the North or southwards. Also joint efforts on tour group companies to help guide people through Pakistan’s rich rich history.

Any indication which cities Pegasus will be going to. Going to some of the “smaller” cities in Pakistan at least once a week could open up travelers who don’t want a long layover on one of the gulf carriers.
