Failure on HIT part for not taking the initiative to develop these vehicles in a partnership. To supply one's own forces and other nations. I really question the management of HIT; if they can't find a competent businessman at least ask for my assistance and I can guide these individuals. Such a waste of potential gains HIT could have gotten.
