Sino-Indian war will surely include Pakistan and Chinese will get involved to protect Pakistan. China-Pakistan will not allow the efforts put towards CPEC go waste. HQ series are not yet as capable as S-400s.

Gwadar is Pakistan's responsibility why would China's s-400 matter? Pakistan needs to stand on its own and it can.

Any Rocket assisted weapon with a long enough range can hit a stationary target. Radars and other electronic are soft target. Cluster munitions, proximity fused or just a strong enough shockwave can damage the equipment.

There is no Turkish F16s in Al-Watiyya. Turkey has no intention to deploy S-400 in Libya since Turkish military presence there limited with some old equipments, there is nothing strategical to protect. GNA purchased Ukrainian S-125s for this purpose recently.
