Retinar PTR-X provides situational awarenes through area dominance. Using
state-of-the-art radar technology; Retinar PTR-X continuously scans the area of interest,
and reports all human, animal or vehicle movement.
With Retinar PTR-X, you can concentrate on your real job: Evaluating and responding to
threats. Just point your camera to the coordinates determined by Retinar PTR-X and
observe the possible threats. Retinar PTR-X multiplies the efficiency of security camera
systems by providing slew-to-cue information. You no longer need to bear the costs of
the labor-intensive and error-prone task of manual visual scanning.
Retinar PTR-X can be integrated to vehicles; in addition to fixed and tripod applications.

Human / Animal Target Differentiation
Retinar PTR-X differentiates between human and animal targets, even if they are similar
in size and speed. The favorable characteristics of the Ka-band and advanced
algorithms developed by Meteksan has made it possible to solve this long-standing
problem: Distinguishing animals and pedestrians in the field. By analyzing the movement
of all body parts (micro-doppler analysis), Retinar PTR-X provides valuable information
about the target.
