Turkey condemns execution of Bangladeshi party leader

Next time please do research before saying something which might embarrass you in public. Pakistan has everything to do with it as the 1974 Tripartite Accord between India, Pakistan and Bangladesh declared that such trials would not take place. This is complete violation of that, and this is the Pakistan's Foreign Office stance. Turkey supported this stance officially and recalled its ambassador from Bangladesh as a sign of protest.

Could you post a link of this 74' tripartite agreement for those of us who arnt aware of it ? Would like to see the content.. If true then that must be the first agreement in history of human civilization to have clauses to prevent a sovereign nation taking action against it's own citizens at the behest of third parties

Throws out any notion of sovereignty that is held supreme by any measure of legitimacy.. Very hard to fathom

And if true wouldn't India be one of the aggrieved parties as well ? Since it's tripartite ?

Plus Bangladesh isnt a sovereign country, its an indian vessel state.

Your personal opinion doesn't matter in the real world.. And by the by it's called vassal not a "vessel"

Yes they must, just like Pakistan tried at the recent commonwealth meet and got laughed off.

Maybe try OIC next?

Try get a word from all weather friend China to support you? We all know how Turkey and China love being on same side given the Uighur issue :D

We are waiting for the internationalisation....don't keep us waiting forever! :D

We will. Turkiye a NATO country has already withdrawn it's ambassador - Pakistan will do the same too (I hope)

many other groups have already condemned BD for its witch-hunt policies that'll only drag it down towards a civil war like situation. By the way Pakistan never got "laughed off" when india boycotted the Commonwealth conference because it was butt-hurt and not in a position to apply its "chanakya"

BD run by Haseena is nothing but a satellite state of India. It has no sovereignty of its own to speak of. That is exactly what Mujeeb had envisioned for East Pakistan, glad to have seen it come true.

and curiously - that witch of a woman (his daughter) still has this conviction that Pakistan orchestrated his killing whereas it was his own people post 71. The same fate this bloody witch will face in the coming times (my prediction - watch this space)

as the cliche goes 'what goes around comes around'

living as ignorant will not help you, we all know they did war crimes.

and what about your mukti bahini terrorists who slaughtered non-Bengalis (as well as many Bengalis like Nizami who were against the indianization of BD)

people like you and your dear leader are very confused, india kills your people and discriminates against you and yet you massage their dirty feet

This is a self proclaimed "imam" in Turkey who always has these attractive men and women in his studio. He got his own channel and broadcast these programs. It's 100% serious, they talk about serious topics, sometimes they dance a little and do stuff. But most people naturally don't take him or his gang seriously

I don't think it is fake edited. If you carefully listen his talk in Turkish, there are words like Nizami, Bangladesh, Pakistan etc.

Ok I didnt hear, just watched the subtitles. And the channel is only one day old, so it seemed strange and jamaatis are known best for spreading these hoax so thought so. His model girls dont add up. Its apparent they are into deep business using Islam and who knows where they will stop.

At least this imam is cool about girls wearing attractive clothing compared to typical molla brigate's anti-women attitude. We need more imam like him who don't object girls wearing anything other than burqa, hijab, niqab. If he don't preach violence or anti-national propaganda or engaged in monetary fraudulence with follower then I find no objection with him other than his pro nizami stance.

This "sect" are very liberal, and have liberal views. I don't find their attitude problematic at all, and i haven't heard they propogate anti-state views. I haven't yet watched any programs of his, just what i've heard from my acquintances, and glancing at some youtube clips

The Nizami stance of our government comes from several factors. We don't have the death penalty in Turkey. Execution is a fast end to any issue, especially this one that needs more transparency and understanding. A fast trial, execution sentence and execution of politically motivated people are never as they seem. Understand our reservation, a fair trial would suit Bangladesh. I'm not into Bangladeshi politics at all, therefore i can't have the liberty to say which side is at fault. But i'm damn sure these are highly politically motivated executions, and they are never as they seem, if your execution of a controversial influential figure raises concerns, you should give it some thought, as to the repercussions and whether voices are being trampled on.
