Turkey Chooses Russia Over NATO

The United States of America, obviously. He is flying a US flag.

A "Team Player" would say that he was sorry that Turkey could not find a solution
within the Alliance, but would respect that Turkey needs to make the best choice for Turkey.

He has shown that he is not a "Team Player".
Our officials stated so many times that NATO allies are our primary choice but buying of the shelf is not an option for Turkey.

We should ask; why our "Team Players" refuses ToT whereas Russia and China agrees ?

That support can be seen in south of Turkey, for Kurds. That's why Turks are amazed at that alliance. You don't need to pretend to be truthful, as you are that what you are pretending.

This is what USA (and some Nazi remnants in some European countries) want in the south-west Asia:

USA want to dismember Turkey, Iran and Saudi Arabia because it's easier to deal with small and weak countries.

USA don't want Turkey to be strong and independent. USA don't want any other country to be strong and independent. IMO Turkey is good for USA as long as they can use Turkey as a tool against other countries like Iran, Russia, China or Syria.

Your ridiculous.

my gripe with your views is that you come up with arbitrary definitions and look at things through a pre set negative view on what I have to say.

How is there any disloyalty in my post? I am congratulating Turkey on its march to self reliance relating to its defense capabilities. This has nothing to do with the US.

Similarly, all the individuals comprising the lobby groups filled with AMERICAN Jews should be called disloyal as well when AIPAC lobbies to allow the IAF to modify F-35s with Israeli tech, with the result of supporting the Israeli defense industry. The same industry which may potentially compete with US companies for sales.

Hi,

There is no such thing as NEUTRAL in this world---everyone picks a side---either to stay with those who are neutral---or those who have chosen someone---.

Choosing someone who is neutral is exactly what been Neutral is ..

.
Turkey has not exactly proven itself effective there, and the only actions against ISIS
has a primary goal to block Kurds.
Ofcourse what else? Our allies are building up a country that will serve as a new pkk base, Turkey should not take action because?
Its certain countries who are playing in Turkeys backyard remember that, also dont forget no matter what they do it will only be temporary as long as Turkey doesnt agree with it.

There is no self reliance in buying from Russia, instead of NATO countries.
You are congratulating Turkey for distancing themselves from Your country.
That is certainly something that will be perceived as negative by fellow Americans.

You seem to not understand that the choice in this particular contract was in large part driven by the willingness of the competitors to allow transfer of technology. The end goal being a more robust Turkish capability to design and field similar systems. i.e. Self reliance. The initial Chinese selection was also met with NATO and US unhappiness. Regardless, if the US was willing to divulge some of the sensitive tech Turkey wanted, I'm sure the Turks would have went Patriot.

. . . . . .
That is your view ,I think been neutral is far better than taking sides ..

Hi,

No sir---that is the worldwide view of men with a little character and some back bone---.

Only an earthworm cannot take sides---because it has no backbone.
