TTP makes a rocket from rizla paper

To those making fun of the test, never underestimate your enemies.
That said, it is no "Ballistic Missile", it's an unguided rocket. Soviets left thousands of such rockets when they left Afghanistan.

Ttp has been firing those unguided russian rockets for years now and so has BLA...this is hardly any new capability...

Is say achay rockets to banda khud ghar main bana lay. inka ''research'' head koi bandar he hoga.

Wikipedia about Omer-1 Missile

Missile is 2 to 3 feet long (depending upon availability of pipe) and weighs between 6 to 16 kilos (depending upon amount of available filling). Omer-1 shoots off pretty quickly but since camera couldn't show its point of contact in the only available video, human race couldn't learned about its elevation and range. It is unguided, uncontrolled, non-targeted weapon capable of firing during summer, winter and rain. It can also be fired under fog.

Once ignited, Omer-1 takes some time to start and it is upto the missile decide how long it should take. The angle of the wooden stand and the number of nails the stand has are very important factors because a shaky stand can send missile in any direction - even backwards. In order to avoid self-damage, missile is fired during the day; when sufficient light is available and is fired from the location where large stones are nearby - so the igniter may take necessary hide after igniting.

Missile is meant to pierce aluminium grade, m-rated materials including roof tin and drums. Because of extended penetrating abilities, missile is sometimes called "Chua" (mice). Missile can not only penetrate in the air but can spread fear in enemy forces within 312 to 315 meters radius.

Remember, the missile is meant to give its enemy a surprise instead of causing some harm. Keep all Omer-1 missiles from the reach of children. If you find one on the street, post that in the nearest post-box.
