Leader of the "South-East" Assosiation, MP Oleg Tsarev said Tuesday the plans for unification of Donetsk and Lugansk and other republics of the south-eastern regions of Ukraine in the New Russia (Novorossia).
"We decided on our common goal. This - the independence and sovereignty. First - is May 11 - Donetsk and Luhansk republics. And then - we believe in it - all the other areas of the Southeast, that is all Novorossia! And then, after wishing to join the Donetsk and Lugansk republics south-eastern region declared its independence, we will establish an independent sovereign Federation South-Eastern Republic - Novosrossia "- he wrote on Facebook.
He added that his association "South-East" continues to "hope for the sane majority of the central and western Ukraine."
"They have to go our way and self-determination at the regional level. And then we can try to agree on a joint life within one state - whether a federation or confederation, "- he added.
"But it all - and then. And now we celebrate Victory Day and prepare a referendum. And it is - a historic step ", - said Tsarev.
