tribalism - implementing own laws in a semi autonomous tribal system and living in pre historic ages

baradism - familism, voting for specific person from relevant family, baradari or caste, title etc

wadera ism - feudalism, owning huge acres of land and employing villagers like slaves

elite ism - people who own huge industries and owning millions of dollars are made public representatives who buy election seats for millions of rupees

sardar ism - the head of the tribe who rules the tribe through torture, force, has his own private army, private jails, can banish any person from the tribal land, runs his small country within the country

mullahism/madar pidar azad deen faroshi: extracting support through becoming a religious figure and becoming a holy figure himself and misguiding people on the name of religion, and using that support/power for political purposes

gaddi nasheen ism: holy figure head of a particular religious order who has mureeds or divine followers and asserts his rule over poor people through his so called sacred lineage of holy saints or some holy figure

sectarianism: praying in separate mosques, declaring each other as kafirs, and killing rival sects

farsuda riwayats: all the ancient customs rituals watta satta child marriages, discrimination against women, jirga system, tribal system, buying elections seats, electables etc

a brave Punjabi kuri challenges an evil chaudhry Khuda Bux

brave and educated Marvi has started asking questions to Sindi feudal Sain Wazir

an honourable and intelligent Baloch has started defying his Sardar

Urban punjabis also do not have feudalism like urban mohajirs. In their original homelands, rural people of U.P and bihar also had feudalism, nawabs, sardars, elitism... In pakistan mohajirs settled in urban centres and grew up as urban people. Those elites and feudals among them left their lands in india and had to start new life in karachi.
There is also tribalism in U.P , pathans there are divided into 16 tribes one of which is my tribe marwat.

yet you failed to mention ethnicism, which is a disease to breed hatred, and unfortunately happen to be core philosophy of MQM.

Historically, yes.. but not anymore. Do you have proof of it? Expression of it.. records of it?
The only tribalism seen here is from Feudals in the form of Waderas. @Leader is more accurate on the analysis of ethnic divisions although his(and yours) approach is less based on finding a root cause and more on racial hatred and your ethnic bigotry.

Feudalism exist only in southern Punjab (that also in rural areas) - But yeah Bradarism still exist (even in cities to some extent) - so do in MQM were majority of Urdu speaker vote for MQM.
