In Pakistan
Before to Imran, previous leaders also took the benefit from presents given to the toshakhana, and Imran Khan did the same. (Open corruption), a not smart one and easy to catch.

In India
Compared to Pakistan, folks here are a little smarter about corruption. Only in areas and departments where it is harder to catch them do people act.
