Russia shall not be number 2. The amount of surface warship Russian has is pathetic. You cannot use submarine as power projection. Only LHD, Tanker, Destroyers and Carrier can do such task.

China shall over take Russia as number two navy. These ranking is just based purely on individual perception. With no basis.
