The Israel Defense Forces have an prestigious role in politics, culture and economy of Israeli society. They also differs from most of the armed forces around the world in several aspects such as – structure, conscription of women and close relationship between Navy, Air Force and the Army. Ever since the inception of IDF in 1948, they have been regularly in international gossips for their daredevil acts.

Constituted after the end of post WW II, the Japan Self Defense Forces have a unique military system with a mission to protect Japanese mainland. Pakistan never won any of the Indo-Pak conflicts.

1948-Pakistani irregulars repelled.
1965-India held 1800 km^2 of Pakistani territory.
According to the Library of Congress Country Studies conducted by the Federal Research Division of the United States_

The war was militarily inconclusive; each side held prisoners and some territory belonging to the other. Losses were relatively heavy—on the Pakistani side, twenty aircraft, 200 tanks, and 3,800 troops. Pakistan's army had been able to withstand Indian pressure, but a continuation of the fighting would only have led to further losses and ultimate defeat for Pakistan. Most Pakistanis, schooled in the belief of their own martial prowess, refused to accept the possibility of their country's military defeat by "Hindu India" and were, instead, quick to blame their failure to attain their military aims on what they considered to be the ineptitude of Ayub Khan and his government.

1971-90000 POW's,9000 killed.
1999-Pakistani irregulars pushed back.

Top 10s seem misleading. I'd say, put it like this:

Top level: US - superpower
2nd level: China Russia India - can't be militarily conquered due to resources, technology, military quantity, and geography
3rd level: France UK - has 1 weakness out of resources, technology, military quantity, or geography
4th level: Japan Germany Israel Pakistan South Korea - has 2 weakness out of resources, technology, military quantity, or geography

Rest don't matter.
