We do know clout of US sanctions, when Pakistan tested nukes. These were ineffective and US realised it is better to be friend than foe of Pakistan.

Pakistan has had enough of the Afghanistan issue, it has brought us nothing but trouble, with no tangible gains or benefits. US has stirred the hornets nest and Pakistan is being stung. Its time for US -India coalition to take over the Afghan game, however don't expect much from Pakistan as we have been used enough.

If USA -India believe they can destabalise Pakistan via Baluchistan then they are very short sighted.

We have been in the middle of Afghan wars for almost 4 decades. If someone still needs clarity and a history lesson than I stand by my words.

That is simply not possible. Every country has to look at things from its own prism. This is politics, not terrorism. How can an Afghan sitting in Afghanistan ever threaten the US? And what has the US done about those who threat the US with annihilation on a daily basis? Politics mate, Afghanistan supposedly sits on trillions of dollars worth of mineral deposits which the US is keen to harvest. Same as petrochemical politics and Oil in Iraq/Kuwait.

Bin Ladin Raid is a special case, one has to hold our own Military Chief, at that time, accountable. The Army leadership was not only complicit, they actively provided support to the US operation. Why, is anybody's guess.
