Basically, Russia told India to 'mind your own business and stop moaning about it'

.
“I myself drafted that rebuff. I am also in charge of South Asia desk in the Russian foreign ministry and I am not aware of it. I do not know from where the suggestion to use either Gwadar or CPEC emerged. There is no such proposal,” Kabulov said.

Dang, when did this happen? looks like I missed out.

A
India is Randi enough for Russia

Pakistan simply is a growing state and interests of Pakistan, China and Russia and even some other states are converging

These are thus being discussed and geo strategic relations being made

We have a upcoming meeting between Russia-China-Pak in the next few weeks to discuss Afghanistan but you can bet your money other things will be discussed also india was completely ignored for this meeting but once again being the insecure whiny trash you are the last I heard you were begging the Russians for a invite
What is even more interesting is that this is coming out of the Russian Envoy to Afghanistan! The Russians sure know how to keep the indians consumed in the rhetoric, while they have the indians jumping up and down with a small flash statement, they can take care of some real hardcore business with Pakistan.

zamir kubulov has specially given indian a signal " you warm up to u.s.a , did we have a problem with that , then you should also not have problem with our co-operation with pakistan...........:" how much you try to twist words or write from other angles ......there is change in the wind .
plus u.s is going to be you friend yes , but not the kind of Russia .
u.s.a is very mean and ask your full attention and then leaves when work is done ....you cannot be friends with u.s.a on equal terms , try you maybe ..

AMRITSAR: Russia is not strengthening ties with Pakistan at India’s cost and it has explained its position to India at the highest level, senior Russian diplomat and President Vladimir Putin’s envoy to Afghanistan
Zamir Kabulov said on Sunday.
“Russia has a different history with Pakistan. We are trying to explore cooperation with Pakistan primarily to counter terror. But Russia’s ties with Pakistan will not be at the cost of our special and privileged strategic partnership with India. This has been explained by our highest leadership to India’s topmost leadership,” Kabulov told ET on the sidelines of the
Heart of Asia meet in Amritsar.
Kabulov was leading the Russian delegation at the Heart of Asia meet, where Russia is one of the 14 stakeholders. He was answering a question on Russia’s emerging ties with Pakistan and recent reports of Pakistan’s “secret talks” with Russia on the use of Gwadar Port and joining China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which were denied by Russia’s foreign ministry. “I myself drafted that rebuff. I am also in charge of South Asia desk in the Russian foreign ministry and I am not aware of it. I do not know from where the suggestion to use either Gwadar or CPEC emerged. There is no such proposal,” Kabulov said.
Kabulov said, “Russia-Pakistan military ties are commercial in nature. With India our military partnership is deep and we offer long credit to India for acquiring military supplies. Therefore the nature of two relationships is different.” Kabulov, an old Afghanistan hand, stressed that Islamic State or Daesh is emerging as the main terrorist group not only in Afghanistan but across regions and suggested that India should remain cautious against this threat.

Russia is trying to be the way US deals with India and Pakistan...Nothing wrong with it. The only difference is that Russia is not US...

So India is doing right think by just dealing with each of the nations based on its benifit and political advantage of each of the relationship.

Words to soothe the roasting behinds of our stubby neighbors. They tend to overreact when current events don't agree with their delusional worldview (Russian-Pakistani military exercises). They need to be calmed down and placated - like a disturbed cow about to be slaughtered for its meat.

Your growth comes from China. Without China you'd only be dreaming about a project like CPEC.

Funny because Pakistan was outpacing India in growth before the '90s. After 50 years of famines, forced sterilization, defecating in streets (still happens a lot, from what I hear in the news) and Western NGOs spoonfeeding you how to properly use those tiny condoms they create specially for Indians, you people are talking about growth as if you were born in a first world country. :disagree:

India must come out of Indo-Russia friendship hang over. Every country has the right to look for its national interest first. If Russia is doing changes in their foreign policy towards India, Its their right to do so. We should also calibrate our ties with Russia accordingly!!!!!
Finally a sensible viewpoint. A lot of Indians here are convinced that Russia can't take its decisions without India's approval bcuz of all the billions of dollars in defence deals. They don't understand that Russia is free to do whatever it wants. Ideally they would want to keep India for all those billions while build a relationship with Pakistan as well just like many other countries do it. Examples include US or KSA etc.

Well that is exactly what he told. Ties with Pakistan not at India’s cost. :)
