Yes you can. People do it all the time. And what kind of country requires 3 people on the street to require police protection?

. .
these days any paksitani travel to BD he must be terrorist or some high profile criminal

.
What kind of Pakistanis would want to visit Bangladesh?

. . .
Thousands of Pakistanis visit Bangladesh. Mostly for smuggling and illegal activities.

That's what I'm saying, no sane Pakistani would go to Bangladesh, Bangladesh is considered a hostile place and an extension of Gangadesh.

. . .
PAKISTAN should understand that rohyngya zone is now under severe security surveillance by the Joint Bangladeshi Forces police, Army, DGFI, NSI etc. So foreigners must have proper documents before entering the area and permission of local authority of course. Obviously local police are more skeptical about Pakistanis because Pakistanis name also came up in international media in relation with ARSA (Just Google it).

Not only Pakistanis, people from developed countries also arrested for not having proper docs. So take it easy!
