U are wrong again... its not Cast problem.. So called Upper caste also don't use toilet.. In Rural area, Ppl like to go in field for nature call...

I have seen many so called upper caste houses where instead of having toilet they go to farm.

In one such house I asked permission to use toilet, The Answer I got "The Toilets are for ladies, Male go to fields(Bank of river), " Unwillingly I joined them...

U will not believe , The elders choose mud mound to hide there bottom, but every one can see everyone face. They use to discuss village matter.

I spotted a bush far ago and hide there with my Lota. Was scared that some one come that side. Things happen fast and I ran back to there home.. It was insulting incident..

I am confident that Modi Govt will fix it soon..

Sorry but india will probably remain a dirty country for its existence. Truth is Indian culture simply doesn't accept closed defecation. So indians view toilets as unnecessary and some even view toilets as unsanitary.
And considering that India's largest cities have already been planned out, there is no room for a good sewage system. India is facing the same problem London went through after the Industrial Revolution. Now the difference is that the English welcomed sanitation...
