I think i get what you are getting at but please elaborate sir. A few days ago 2 Libyan soldiers did the same thing to another man, the article stated they were predators.

What I am implying is, many Afghans (not all though) are known for indulging into sodomy. Those belonging to Logar province are notoriously infamous for this.

As you see in the documentary it is rampant -- people in power -- police chiefs -- former mujahideen commanders, etc.

And, it least according to the documentary -- the Taliban banned it -- and it has reemerged with a vengeance since 2001

It is not 'Taliban -specific' phenomena. I watched this documentary when I was in States and I was also pissed to hear the statement about Pakistan.
