Bureaucreate have played havoc with Pakistan railways.

They can be repaired but they wont do it coz then GOP wont give them money to buy new ones and money for bail outs.

This is a bloody scrap yard. I have seen the factory from inside once long time ago and it stinks like someone has been shitting all over the place.
