This new government has done a lot of things since they assumed office. Many people disagree with their performance and many agree. All of that is debatable, but this move by the PM today makes me really happy and proud of him and that my support of him for all these years wasn't in vain. I had to defend myself to my family and friends and always had to explain why do I support him.

Well this is the reason I support him, when the leader of our country is not worried about what the
"Khalai Makhlooq " is up to, but more worried of how the Zamini Makhlooq is living.
Many people would still not be impressed by this gesture but this is the real job of a leader, to care about the people who can't take care of themselves.

I was also very happy to hear this news! If the government continues to do these things for Pakistanis, people will be a lot more happier and work harder for the country.

I love IK, giving up the luxuries which were reserved for the PM and saving that little to help the poor...This man is great but he needs to work on this management skills and may be think a little more before he speaks to stay clear of controversies as the scavengers of the opposition and media are always waiting in the wings for a morsel.

Apparently they are building another one, at the same time asking for concession for vaccine as they are out of money. Its all about priorities , but sure who cares if we few million Indian kids die, they are too many anyways.

Not just what perks he could enjoy as PM, he also gave up his life for the country. I still dont understand how people cant appreciate him. You can disagree with his politics but he is honest and sincere. He has sacrificed a lot for making the country a better place.

I hope this is not the sweetener for the ongoing encroachment drive. While any benefits for the poor are commendable, I want to see him working on root causes. Education and jobs in an export oriented economy. This will define his legacy for coming generations if he can pull this off. Welfare can be terminated by the next government under one pretext or other. But they can't take away education.

This is not naya Pakistan.....
During Pervez Musharraf time, it wasn't possible to find poor people to give charity.
There were zero beggars in streets, there was a hot line to call whenever a beggar is spotted. School children get free books and money to study, child labor was no where, alas all destroyed by this douche bag known as Imran Khan.
Traffic was organised, helmets and seat belts were enforced. Cities were clean..... and much much more.
1USD=45PKR

Imran Khan should better focus on Peshawar Metro and present the project for audit.

Would you wait a while and then decide? IK just got the country, and it is in a lot worse state then when Musharraf took over.
