Not really, the Indian farmers deliberately sell these cattle due to the lucrative price from Bangladeshi traders. Price of cattle hits 2 or 3 times the original price after crossing the border.
Recognize the cattle trade as legal and there will be no smuggling, simple.
All we see are Cattle theft and Hindu farmers being killed.
If not why would the farmers form Cow protection groups and start killing the smugglers?
