When was India interested in a dialogue over Kashmir? The only dialogue India was interested in was when Pakistan would vacate and hand over Azad Kashmir, which is not going to happen.
Article 370 or Article 420 ... whatever, matters little. Abolishing these sham "Articles" has done nothing to secure the border where shelling takes the lives of your troops, nor has it eased the situation internally where your soldiers continue to die from attacks by militants. For all that effort not many Kashmiri Pundits have returned to their homes.

Then of course there is the "status" of Ladakh which riled the Chinese up who are now taking an active interest in Kashmir as well,

As of 31 July 2019 Palestine was recognized by, 138 of the 193 United Nations (UN) member states, and two non-member states. Even your own nation recognizes it. What 3 of 4 tin pot Bedouin tribal entities do, does not change the status of Palestine nor does it resolve the generational struggle for the self determination of the Palestinian people. Israel's patronage under the powers that be cannot last forever. The future world order will have a different super power with different priorities than believing in a myth of a "Chosen People".
