I am not aware of any such development. However somewhere I read that govt has started rehabilitation project for kashmiri pandits.

Real reason?? I will tell you the real reason...

Pakistani leadership intentionally torpedoed the talks because it was becoming unmanageable for them to handle the situation at home.. so they decided to play out Chapter 101 of their crisis management book...they know that the moment they cry "Hindus are coming to get Pakistan".. entire Pakistani population will fall in line... and what is the best way to torpedo any bilatral meeting...no points for guessing.... yes"Kashmir".. heat along the LOC has gone up since the day Imran Khan declared his Azadi march....the Government knew that situation is going to be out of hand real soon... so they did what they do the best... go belly up on Kashmir...and hope the nation to fall in line...and now it remains to be seen...will Pakistanis fall for this tried tested formula ...again???

The term temporary means it has to go someday.
