No, the difference is that I don't brag about history that is embarrassing. Muslims go on and on about how good it was, when it wasn't (unless you were Muslim). The West has gotten better. The Muslim world, exemplified by you, still longs for the days when they dominated others. To say Muslims civilized anything is a lie - Muslims are still not civilized today.

Having a Tea Ceremony, or a Coffee ritual, or nice tablecloths, or going to Mecca doesn't make you civilized. Treating your fellow human beings decently is civilization. Islam isn't there yet. You're still killing each other over whether Imam Ali was or was not the rightful successor to Muhammad.

And if taking kids from their families is OK (if it makes them better off), the West should seize 90% of Muslim kids - you'd have no complaint, since like Barack Obama (with a Muslim father) they could rise to positions of great importance, and unquestionably be better off raised Christian. Don't try to justify old evils, lest they be used against you today.

Again, call me when you have a Muslim country that respects human rights, in theory and in practice, including the right of people "born Muslim" to convert to some other religion.

Considering that google trends show a disproportionate rise in searches about an Islamic state both in Pakistan and to an extent in Bangladesh. India is about to face extremism the likes it has never seen. However, only after the extremists in these two states would butcher some millions of their own.

Hopefully, none of that will happen.. but for now.. to the world the idea of a Islamic state represent NO stablity or progress.. only brutality and barbaric behaviour.

2 eids is not as big of a problem as media protrays it...before Pakistan was united under 1 flag most of the territories were independent states and they did their eids as they did....

If you know the background of some of the sects you would understand how it does cover the point as most of the sects were almost always started and funded by something foreign (be it foreign culture, a convert to the religion, an idea which came from a foreigner or was corrupted by a new convert or a merging of the foreign / kafir traditions to please people or get more followers and so on)...you can go do your research....

Everyone brags about historical events that are important to them, take the british half their history is about abuse and occupation of innocent people's lands, the USA is no different.

I am not denying our role in breaking up of your nation by helping Mukti bahini and then backing them up with military invasion. You are being naive to think that Indian people would have allowed Indian army into your country if there was no exodus of millions of people from your country. How would we have know in advance that your country would break up into two? Most wars with Pakistan ended by ceasefire agreements. Anyway it not too late to unite with your brothers. We will not stop you. You can prove to the world that two nation theory is still valid by joining with west Pakistan. If West Germany and East Germany can unite, what is stopping you guys. Some history books should clarify your thoughts about Islam. If civilization facts are bragging for you, than there is no need to converse with you.
Your lack of knowledge about Muslim countries is blatant, the matter of free will conversion was discussed thoroughly in other threads.
