How English and French are insiders ?

They came in the 15th century, they are definitely insiders compared to an average joe that came from Punjab or Sri Lanka in the 1980s. Of course Native Americans are the real insiders but they didn't really build up the country, they just lived and chilled in the forests. English and French pretty much built up this country, made it great and then everyone else started coming here.

There was no specific British or French wave of immigrants ....... First major wave was of Scots then Irish people .......

When I say English people, I mean people whose native language is English, they don't have to be from England. Scots, Irish etc all qualify. If you are saying that there was no big French wave, you are wrong. They form like 33% of the population and they didn't exactly pop out of thin air. From what I've read and remember, they even came before the British.

UP and Bihar should be razed completely and build up from ground again . Also Divide UP into 4 parts and Bihar into 2 .
