May be it all started with wise thought but now it is like a virus...I remember reading in the news paper here in Ireland that a few million euros the Irish people sent to Somalia and other lesser developed nations never reached it's destination, the less privilaged people.The corrupt ministers pocketed all the money. I don't know who is to be blamed the people of Somalia or the Irish govt who did not investigated on time where the money is been spent.
