I don't know, could be. You can ask him that question not me, because (nauzubillah) I'm not God who could see behind the scenes where there was no video.

Again, I'm not justifying cops move. And I support neither of the 2.
U r saying that u don't support the cops actions...while also giving a justification that bcuz the guy was uncooperative...it was as much his ego that got him killed.

Would u like to discuss the law? The cop's responsibilities? The justice system? Restraining tactics? Physiological limits of the body?

To answer all of the above...
...regardless of the criminal activities of the suspect...once he/she is restrained(as he was...handcuffed and pinned on the ground by 3 of the 4 cops)...the police officer CANNOT choke the suspect to death. The duty of the police officer is to restrain the suspect, gather evidences, and present him/her in front of the courts...and not be the JUDGE/JURY/EXECUTIONER. Police officers are also aware of the generally accepted knowledge that 3 minutes of being cut off from oxygen causes brain death.

There is literally video proof of the police officer using excessive force against the guy who clearly posed no threat after he was pinned down and handcuffed. Choking him for 9 minutes(by applying pressure on his neck with the knee)...ignoring his pleading that he can't breath...that is clearly use of excessive force that resulted in his death. This is a punishable crime...no ifs and buts about it.

Police officers have to deal with liars on a daily basis.
Black men are dangerous when on their feet, in terms of physical strength compared to the average white man's and asian man's build.
The choke-hold that killed the black man is a general attribute of police force training.
There was no space to safely transport the black man SUSPECT, to another location, like the inside of a car.

Accidents happen. Lethal accidents, unfortunately, too.

All we can do as society is learn from our mistakes, and update our training courses for our vital personnel, when able to do so, taking into account that these people have to work with others who run on earlier versions of that training. So only so much can be changed for each new class in each school/university in each profession that upholds the general safety and civilization levels in a country.

Get ready for more riots and mayhem when that judgement is formally released. We have seen it so many times in the US, it's becoming part of their heritage and culture.

Not justifying what the cop did, but why would you act tough against the gun.

Most of the time it is the behavior and ego of an individual which takes his own life. Afaik the guy was using counterfeit currency to purchase cigarettes, resisted arrest, and was non compliant when police ordered him to sit in the cop car.

Can someone explain, why would a police do what they did, if you are complaint to their orders. It's not jungle rule, if you think police is wrong, you always have lawyers to fight the case and get you cash after lawsuit.

Again not justifying cops act but tbh it was more of his ego that got him killed.

dude , if he was showing ego the cop could have given him some punishment (mukkay thudday) for that agree with you , common yaar u cannot kill some one for just showing ego.

I think I have explained it clearly well that both sides are at fault.

The cop for his act, of course, of killing the man.
The guy for using counterfiet currency to a poor shop owner and then resisting arrest, acting tough as he was tougher and towering all 4 cops, not following cops order.

I have also clearly explained that in such situations, let the police do their job, arrest or whatever and then use a lawyer to sue the dept instead of letting your ego to control yourself.

Yes the cop/s should be punished but the guy was at fault too, and when passing the judgment, judge should also have something to educate those who try to act tough instead of complying.

And white privilege doesn’t exist nor does racism in the US police & judicial system.

So you think looting and mayhem is justice?

I don't think you will say the same if your business was looted by these hooligans or property destroyed?

These are all pets of cuomo and blasio, who back them up and make rules to support these lazy fkrs even giving them free rentals and food.

And white privilege doesn’t exist nor does racism in the US police & judicial system.

That's not entirely true. There are many departments like mta, sanitation, etc where black privilege is evident and DOT where Spanish privilege is.

Low cost or free housing privilege also for these groups.

Good and bad exists in every single race. No need to pick just white or just blacks. There are bad whites, bad black even bad Pakistanis too, doesn't mean whole group is bad.

The video of George Floyd’s death is enraging. There’s no context that can adequately explain a police officer putting his knee on a man’s neck until that man — who repeatedly shouts, “I can’t breathe!” — dies. Even other police departments and unions around the US have, in an unusual move, condemned the way Minneapolis police handled the situation.

Floyd may or may not be guilty of a crime - we are not privy to the exact circumstances until a full investigation is complete. The reaction and mass looting is unforgivable and severe action has to be taken, however your generalization and swooping statement about blacks in general is unreasonable to say the least. You cant tarnish all with the same brush.

If George Floyd was not a criminal who burgles homes and points guns at the bellies of pregnant women, then he would be alive today.

What an oblique interpretation of what I have written:-"So you think looting and mayhem is justice?"

All I am saying is that we have seen it so many times before. White police beat or kill a black man, the black and lefties riot, justice is promised, then a few years later the police officers are found guilty and the blacks riot for second time. However their frustration and anguish is understandable. They have been put into a cycle of injustice for generations and are unable to come out of it.

Ok I understand your post now better.

But I still don't agree when you say,

"However their frustration and anguish is understandable. They have been put into a cycle of injustice for generations and are unable to come out of it"

There is no justification for violence. Let me give you simple example,
If they destroy my car or property, is that justice with me? I will have to go through lengthy insurance process and after all that mental stress I will have to suffer financial stress by paying deductible first in order for insurance to kick in.

Imagine the businesses and stores owners whose properties have been destroyed.

Please understand that I'm in no way justifying the murder of that guy but I want people to also understand that many African Americans in US are racist and beyond aggressive too. They only worry about their own race. Many of them live on govt welfare and by occupying others houses. When get caught in any act, they play victim card. Now they want everyone to support them but they didn't had any problem when Muslims were suffering in fact they were active part of it. They say black lives matter, they don't say innocents lives matter. Millions killed all over MENA AFPAK lives matter...

The guy who was murdered should be given justice, but don't play victim card and don't do looting both political and financial. If anyone is victim in this world it is Muslims worldwide, that's facts & not my opinion. Justice should be for all.

If George Floyd was not a criminal who burgles homes and points guns at the bellies of pregnant women, then he would be alive today.
He used a counterfeit bill in a shop. Why the fkk would you do that and then act tough with cops. The irony, he was not homeless but driving a Mercedes suv.

But still, the cops act was wrong too and not justifiable. It was a murder by cop, but at least people should understand the full story before justifying loot maar.

What are you rabbiting on about? A shopkeeper who called the police 'thought' Floyd was using a fake bill, he had no equipment to determine whether it was or not, and it was found later to be a real $20 bill.

The police officers managed to kill him. You need to get a grip. Any crime he has committed prior i am not condoning but before attempting to firstly blame ALL black people insinuating all blacks deserve this fate to now suggesting he was holding a gun to a pregnant woman is a figment of your imagination. Stop making it up.

PS Could not care less about whites or blacks or what happens to them. I feel nothing for either of them. I can't relate to whites or blacks. They are alien to me just as Brown Skinned Muslim people are alien to them.

I ONLY care about and love Brown/Olive-skinned Muslims from Pakistan and the Muslim nations to the West of us.

So you want to highlight his criminal record from 2009? Not withstanding a police officer choked him to death and that in your eyes becomes not worth mentioning?

So his criminal past from 2009 means he is not a criminal and should not be punished for his crimes? I couldn't care less what happens to the police officer that killed the black. I feel NOTHING for both these people.
